Returns and exchanges

Return policy for online or in-store purchases (30 days after the purchase date)

• Go to the store.
• You must have your proof of purchase from Plomberie Jean Lépine in hand.
• The product must be intact and never installed or used.
• The product must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging without perforations, tears and writing.
• Restocking fees of up to 50% of the cost of the merchandise may be applied and deducted from the refund for any opened and/or damaged box.
• We do not accept any returns sent via delivery service.

Items that cannot be returned

• Custom-made products
• Special order
• Toilets and/or toilet seats
• Bidet seat or module
• Shower doors
