Special Order Policy
Parts and cartridges ordered as special requests are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Warranty Policy
We honour a one-year warranty on products purchased at our store, upon presentation of your Plomberie Jean Lépine proof of purchase.
After one year, warranty claims must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
For a list of manufacturers and their warranty services, please ask at the counter or visit our website.


Return Policy – In-store and Online Purchases (within 30 days of purchase date)
Please visit the store in person.
You must bring your Plomberie Jean Lépine proof of purchase.
The product must be intact, unused, and never installed.
It must be returned in like-new condition, in its original packaging, without punctures, tears, or writing.
A restocking fee of 50% of the merchandise value will be deducted from the refund for any opened or damaged boxes.
No returns will be accepted by mail or delivery service.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom-made products

  • Toilets and/or toilet seats

  • Bidet seats or bidet modules


Sales Conditions
It is the responsibility of the customer and installer to have the product in hand and to verify all specifications and installation manuals before beginning any work. These documents should be used as a guide only. As a precaution, always take measurements directly on the product prior to installation.
Please note that we are not liable for any damages resulting from defective products, incorrect installations, or improper measurements.

Plomberie Jean Lépine has no control over the installation of the products it sells and, as such, cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from defective products or accessories.
It is strongly recommended that customers retain the services of a qualified and licensed professionals (RBQ-certified) to ensure the proper installation of any products purchased from Plomberie Jean Lépine.


Defective Products
Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with invoice number and pictures,
by email to: serviceclient@plomberiejeanlepine.com
Our responsibility is limited to refunding the value of the defective merchandise.
It is the responsibility of the customer and installer to inspect and measure all items prior to installation.


Plomberie Jean Lépine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse a return or exchange.
