Shipping policy

IN-STORE PICKUP
We will follow up on your order within 48 to 72 hours to inform you of the availability of your products and any potential delays, or to notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Important note: Once you receive a pickup notice by mail from our delivery department, you will have 10 business days to collect your order. After this period, the order will be returned to inventory and your deposit will be forfeited.

Pickup requirements:

  • Purchase confirmation email

  • Valid photo ID

  • Payment card used for the order

If you still have a balance to pay, please go to the store’s front desk to complete your payment.
If your order is fully paid, please go to the back of the store to collect your items.

 

 

PACKAGE DELIVERY
Small parcel category:

  • Faucets

  • Sinks

  • Kitchen sinks

  • Accessories

  • Parts

Standard delivery fees will be determined and confirmed by our delivery department.
We will contact you by mail within 48 to 72 hours to confirm product availability and estimated delivery times.

 

 

LARGE ITEM DELIVERY
Delivery confirmation is required for the following products:

  • Bathtubs

  • Toilets

  • Shower bases

  • Shower doors

  • Bath screens

  • Vanities and furniture

  • Shower columns

  • Other large items

Please select or check “To be confirmed” during the delivery step of your online purchase.
We will follow up by mail, on your order within 48 to 72 hours to confirm product availability and delivery timelines. At that time, we will also confirm any applicable delivery fees.
