RESPONSIBILITIES
• To listen to customer needs and offer exemplary customer service.
• Advise, inform, finalize sales and provide after-sales service.
• Follow up on orders and deliveries with your customers.
• Stay informed about new products, market trends and support
to training courses and seminars.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written).
• Good computer skills.
• Sales experience (3 to 5 years).
• Knowledge of plumbing products (a major asset).
